Before you call.

Do you haul and block?: Yes for jobs we take on — or we work with a yard you already use. Tell us LOA and draft when you write.
How do estimates work?: Written line items for labor, materials, and contingency. You approve before we cut glass, open a system, or start a deep clean.
Survey punch lists?: We prioritize what the surveyor flagged — structural and safety first, cosmetics last — and price that way.
Just need a cleaning?: Yes. Hull and topsides wash, bilge, interior detail, mildew — one-time or seasonal. Say LOA and whether she is in the slip or on the hard.
Waste / holding tanks?: Cleanout, deodorize, clear lines, fix fittings and vents, repair or replace cracked tanks. Tell us odor, slow flush, or leaks.
Do you sell parts?: Yes — pumps (bilge, macerator, raw-water), holding tanks, sanitation hose, vents, connectors, clamps, strainers, seacock-related fittings, and other common boat parts we source for yard work. Not a mega catalog: we sell what we know and can stand behind. Install + parts, parts-only, or order through us.
Can you drop-ship parts?: Yes. Order through Harborwright; the supplier ships to your marina or home. Lead times vary by part and supplier. Special-order / non-stock items are typically non-returnable once ordered — we’ll say so before you approve. We can still install after it arrives if you want labor on the same ticket.
